Shipping and Delivery Policy

Beginners Academy sells an online live course. Nothing is shipped to you: there are no physical products and no shipping charges.

How you get the course

• Paid online: your access turns on automatically, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. You see the course, the live class link and your invoice on your dashboard, and we email you a confirmation.
• Paid another way, or if anything is delayed: we turn on your access within 1 working day, using the email you signed up with.

How the classes are delivered

Classes are live and online, on the schedule shown on the course page. You join from your dashboard using the class link. Recordings and notes for each topic, when available, are also on your dashboard for the duration of your batch.

If you do not get access

If you paid and cannot see your course within 1 working day, contact us with your payment date and the email you used. If we cannot fix it, you get a full refund under our cancellation and refund policy.
